beautiful front and back patio, cool pirate-themed art room, unique experience with themed decor
More power outlets are needed!!! Each area of the Presidential Suite needs dedicated circuits and dimmers!!! Please update the cable service for a user-friendly remote-controlled channel guide!!! Also, please consider larger trash cans and better window treatments!!!

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting trip in Kansas City with definitely value for money. The staff were very accommodating when I asked for an extra towel late at night. Just check if the shuttle service is running before planning your day.

The unique themes throughout the hotel added a fun twist to the experience, and I really appreciated the gorgeous lights on the patios. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, and the coffee was unsatisfactory. we opted to eat elsewhere. The lack of adequate space in our room was disappointing, feeling cramped instead of luxurious, which was unexpected given the pricing.

The dining scene is a real treat! You must check out Turn 2 Sports Bar & Restaurant just a skip away for some delicious eats. Besides that, the decor of the pirate-themed room was just fabulous, and the ease of check-in was a breath of fresh air.
Yet, the window felt like a bit of a letdown, with its small size and irritating curtain setup blocking the view. Plus, the lack of counter space in the bathroom for essentials can be a bit of a puzzle.

We truly enjoyed our family stay! The bar staff, especially Pat, were exceptional, making our time relaxing and fun. The property is ideally located near attractions, making it easy to explore. Kristy even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise!
In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would be great.

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the Mayan room, which was not only unique but also had a jetted tub with LED lighting that created such a relaxing atmosphere. Pat, the bartender, was hilarious and made our evenings at the bar so enjoyable. We also appreciated the attentive service from the staff, who anticipated our needs and went above and beyond. Can't wait to explore other themed rooms on our next visit!
